Doshi-Kai and Almeida Karate Looking Good!

[Via Facebook] Today some of our Doshi-Kai crew headed down to Almeida’s Shotokan Karate School in New Bedford for an hard yet rewarding three hour Special Training! A few miles, about 300 squats, and….we lost count of the pushups 😂💪 Way to go, AIKA family!
