Next Budokas Training: Sunday July 17

Thanks to Antonio and Eduardo from the Cranston Portuguese Club Karate Do Academy for joining our last practice on July 3 (and thanks to Chesley for stopping by via Zoom). We were happy that anyone showed up on the Sunday morning before the holiday. Here’s a group photo:
