Budokas Video: Karate Breathing Discussion/Demonstration

This is an excerpt from the Budokas (advanced Shotokan Karate) practice held on June 19, 2022. Sometimes this advanced student practice is quite vigorous, but it may also veer into a long discussion/demonstration as in this 25 minute video concerning proper breathing using the tanden.

Audio, as usual, is dodgy, but those who soldier through may find they profit from it.
